Originally a concept brought to Denmark by Austrian bakers, the Danish is now an American favorite. The delicately layered dough is cut by hand, shaped & filled with creamy whipped cheese & sweet seasonal fillings. Baked fresh daily to a wonderful golden brown.
These delicious pockets of puff pastry & sweet filling are a bakery favorite. Our puff dough is made in small batches & layered with butter to create a light flaky texture. Each Turnover is individually cut, filled by hand with seasonal fruit & baked fresh every day.
